Beckum lace more popular than ever

The number of subscriptions to the cabaret series "Beckumer Spitzen" has risen by over 30 per cent compared to the previous season - a new record! This pleasing development is announced by the cultural office of the town of Beckum.

Over 140 subscription tickets have been sold so far. By purchasing a subscription, cabaret guests save 25 per cent on each event compared to the price of a single ticket. Those who take out a subscription not only secure their favourite seat for the whole season, but can also pass the ticket on to friends or family if required.

"We are very pleased," says Cornelia Baumann from the cultural office, "that we have clearly met the public's taste with the new programme for our cabaret series."

The new 2025/2026 season at the Stadttheater Beckum begins on 10 September with the musical cabaret of the Zucchini Sistaz and their programme "Falsche Wimpern - echte Musik". A varied programme of comedy entertainment and political cabaret will accompany the season: Springmaus, ONKeL fISCH, die Schlachtplatte, René Steinberg & Doc Esser, Lars Ruth, Tina Teubner and Christoph Sieber will be performing.
